Boxing day. Bubble and squeak
Prepare cubes of potatoes and boi them. Slice some onions and quickly fry them (sautée of onions). Boil some brussels sprouts. In a bowl mash everything together, add some salt and butter or marg. Form little balls rolling them. Between your palms. The they are ready you can deep fry them in scalding oil.
